We have just completed our second renovation with Kitchen & Bath Reno in less than a year. After the positive experience we had with our two bathroom renovations, choosing them again for our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room was an easy decision—and we're so glad we did. We love the finished spaces!
From our initial meeting last fall to the completion of our recent project this summer, Sofien’s experience, knowledge, and professionalism gave us complete confidence and peace of mind. He took the time to explain costs, timelines, safety standards, and what to expect every step of the way. More importantly, he was always available to answer questions, listen to our concerns, and make sure everything was addressed. His honesty, integrity, and genuine care for his clients made us feel valued, respected, and completely at ease throughout both renovations.
It was a pleasure working with Jodie during the design process. She helped us make selections that perfectly suited our style while ensuring that everything worked well together. The placement pattern of the backsplash tiles is one of our favourite features!
We also enjoyed working with Adam, our project manager. He coordinated the trades seamlessly and offered thoughtful suggestions that enhanced the finished result. We appreciate his high level of skill, workmanship and attention to detail.

We had an excellent experience working with Sofien and all of the staff at Kitchen and Bath Reno. We recently had two bathrooms fully gutted and updated. The entire process was seamless and professional. From the very beginning, it was clear that Sofien had very high standards for the quality of service and workmanship completed by his team. From our initial design planning with Jodie to daily interactions with Sofien, we felt comfortable, reassured and respected. The work site was always left clean and tidy and it was obvious that everyone tried to minimize any disruption to our daily lives.
There are many positive comments that we could list, but for us, the clear, honest and open communication that we received from Sofien throughout the project was most appreciated. He listened to our concerns, made valuable suggestions along the way and always had our best interests at heart. When issues did arise, they were quickly discussed and resolved.
We love our new washrooms and are looking forward to working with Sofien and everyone at Kitchen and Bath Reno when we begin our kitchen renovation in the near future. Sofien is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He is everything you would want when trusting someone to renovate your home.

We contracted with KBR to renovate our powder room, main and master bathrooms and our laundry room. The quotation process was just excellent. Sofien knows his stuff, asked all the right questions and provided a quote that was exceptionally complete and very easy to evaluate. The quote was costed by room and by each element within the room (vanities, cabinets, floors, paint, etc). The quotation was reviewed in-person with Sofien. 3D renderings of each room were provided for free - others charged as much as $4000 extra for this service! The material selection process  with Jodie was fun and done in their showroom - a real plus, as others sent us to various other showrooms to find materials we liked. This was a one-stop shop for vanities, flooring, tiles, sinks, shower glass, etc. we chose to purchase our bathroom fixtures, lighting and bathroom accessories from other, more cost effective suppliers, but all other elements came from KBR. It was great to be able to bring in our existing materials in to compare to new materials selected for the part-Reno in our Master Bathroom. One great plus, unlike other suppliers that priced in acrylic sinks, KBR costed porcelain/steel sinks at similar or better pricing. Also, we found that KBR-supplied vanities were much higher quality, with more options and better pricing. They could even do a custom colour for the vanity in the Master Bathroom. The installation process went well. Very high quality trades for quartz countertops, shower glass panels and installation, plumbing, tiling, drywalling and painting. Adam, the project manager was easy to work with and full of good advice.  We are super pleased with the outcome of the entire project. It is part of a much larger home renovation and was completed in time for the follow on trades to begin their work on hardwood flooring and stairs. As the photos show, the final product really elevated our bathrooms and laundry. We are very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend KBR.

After consultations with almost a dozen companies for our massive 2-storey renovation, KBR was our standout choice. They were the only company that provided us with a complementary 3D rendering of one room before signing a contract - and the rendering created by Jodie blew us away! Not only did she create the rendering rapidly, but she actively listened to our needs/wants. It was enough to get us to sign our contract with KBR without any second thoughts.

Jodie has an exceptionally keen eye for design perfection, and she was patient in sharing that wisdom with us as we further tweaked our design and chose colours/materials. Both her and Sofien (who was very present and forthcoming with his vast expertise as well) made the planning process fun and never made us feel as though we were asking too many questions.

Adam was our assigned Project Manager, and we can't even begin to describe how much of a wonderful human he is! Adam takes his job exceptionally seriously, and was driven to ensure our project was a success. It helps that he's also personable and kind. He took care to ensure our requests were fulfilled.

Several things stood out about our KBR experience:
- Expertise: From leadership (Sofien), design (Jodie) and execution (Adam) perspectives, the team had a great deal of knowledge.
- Care: No ask was too much. The team was not only keen to understand our vision, but deliver on it.
- Kindness: Renovations can be stressful, but the positive attitudes and friendliness of literally everyone we interacted with stood out. They treated us like (and we really did become) family.
