Bathroom Transformation for a Glenn Abbey, Oakville Townhouse

This townhome in the heart of Glen Abbey featured a bathroom footprint that felt closed-in and heavily dated. The homeowners reached out to our team wanting to completely strip the space down and replace it with a sleek, modern design that maximized light, improved morning functionality, and eliminated spatial clutter.

We centered the design plan entirely around smart space optimization. To open up the floor plan, we introduced a streamlined custom vanity that features deep, integrated drawers giving the homeowners maximum storage capacity without overcrowding the room’s physical footprint. A solid, easy-to-clean white quartz countertop was added to complete the crisp, uniform look.

To create the illusion of a much larger room, we installed large-format porcelain tiles stretching continuously across the floor and the shower zone. Minimizing the number of visible grout lines instantly streamlined the visual layout. We updated the internal plumbing to fit a premium frameless glass shower shield alongside minimalist matte fixtures, rounding out the space with recessed LED ceiling lights to keep the entire room bright and inviting.
