Warranties and Guarantees

Kitchen and Bath Reno warrants that all craftsmanship and labor shall be free from defects for a period of 24 months following the date of project completion. This warranty covers workmanship only; it does not cover normal wear and tear, or defects in third-party products and plumbing fixtures, which may be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Kitchen and Bath Reno will promptly remedy any covered workmanship defects discovered during this period at no additional cost to the Customer.

Environmental Maintenance: The Customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate environmental conditions (e.g., humidity and temperature levels) as recommended by material manufacturers. Kitchen and Bath Reno is not liable for damages caused by improper conditions, such as excessive dryness or humidity fluctuations, which may result in the warping, expansion, or contraction of materials.
